| How to Become a VSI Member
1. Membership in the Vinyl Siding Institute, Inc. (VSI, Inc.) is limited to:
- Individual firms, partnerships, or corporations engaged in the manufacturer and marketing of vinyl and/or polymeric siding.
- Suppliers of raw materials, equipment and services related to vinyl and polymeric siding products.
- Manufacturers of predominantly polymeric accessories used as part of the installation package for vinyl or other predominantly polymeric siding products.
2. Please complete the VSI, Inc. membership application and return via fax to (202) 587-5127.
3. Accompanying the application, please attach a letter, on company letterhead, stating how your company currently relates to the vinyl and/or polymeric siding industry.
4. Your membership application and letter will be reviewed by the VSI, Inc. Board of Directors.
5. VSI, Inc. dues are based on sales of vinyl and polymeric siding or products and services to the vinyl siding industry in the previous calendar year (i.e., for new members 2008 dues are based on 2007 sales). For new members, dues must be paid before membership is active. New members will then fall into the yearly dues and special assessment cycle.
6. Upon membership approval by the VSI, Inc. Board of Directors, dues must be paid before membership is active.
