Introduced by Senators Sherrod Brown (Ohio) and Charles E. Schumer (New York), S. 3349 would create jobs and improve the energy efficiency of America’s homes by amending the Internal Revenue Code to extend the §25C homeowner energy tax credit to include insulated siding.
